- Returns Policy -
You may return items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days without a Return Authorization form Joyzze Customer Service. All returns after the 30 day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All exchange requests by the customer will be subject to shipping charges to and from Joyzze. A dated, proof of purchase should accompany your return. Should an item be returned without its original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Joyzze will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
A return authorization number provided by a Joyzze customer service representative MUST be obtained for all returns, exchanges, and replacements. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
- Shipping Policy -
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our shipping fees are flat rate for ground, 2nd day, and international standard. Please call 1.877.4JOYZZE if you need quotes for next day or international shipping. Import duties and taxes for international shipping not included. International duties and taxes are calculated and collected by local Customs and paid by recipient.
