─ Orders ─

  1. No order shall be deemed to be excepted unless paid in full and is confirmed by email or in writing by us.
  2. We reserve the right to reject any order.
  3. All orders are subject to availability.

─ Payment ─

  1. Upon providing us with your credit card information and placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment card to pay for goods on the order and authorize us to charge the card the full price of goods and any other charges that may apply such as shipping & handling.
  2. Transactions authorized on this site will appear on your credit card statement as "Joyzze"
  3. There will be a $25.00 charge on all return checks.

─ Shipping ─

  1. Please allow 3 to 14 business days for delivery.
  2. We will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner as discussed; however, we do not accept any liability for late delivery.

Joyzze is NOT responsible for any packages that:
• Have an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer on the order OR
• Packages that state delivered on the tracking information but have not yet been received.
• Require additional fees (VAT, etc.) assessed by the country on international orders (upon delivery, etc.)

If your tracking information is stating that your package has been delivered but not yet received, Joyzze must be contacted within 3 business days from the delivery time and date. Please contact Joyzze at info@joyzze.com.

─ Price ─

All prices are subject to change without notice.

─ Error ─

We reserve the right to correct any clerical, typographical or any other error on any page of this website, or in any sales literature such as catalogs, brochures, price list without any liability on our part.

─ Returns ─

  1. You may cancel or return the goods for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping charges if any will not be refunded. You will be responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while sending the goods back to us.
  2. The returned goods should be in marketable condition together with the original invoice. Once we receive the goods we will issue the credit or replace the goods with alternative goods. You will be responsible for price difference if any.
  3. We will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
  4. We cannot accept any returns on special orders or made to order goods.
  5. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase unless authorized by a Joyzze office staff. All returns after 30 days from the original invoice subject to a 20% restocking fee.

─ Warranty ─

Joyzze clippers are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase. If the Joyzze clipper is determined to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Joyzze will repair or replace the product.

Modifications or repairs not made by Joyzze™: accidental damage, dismantling, misuse, neglect, use of unauthorized attachments or parts are not covered by this warranty.
