This is an excellent blade and has stayed sharp through quite a few uses so far. While all blades heat up as they're used, this blade does a good job of staying cooler longer than many other blades do and cools down well with blade spray when it does heat. It is a quiet blade and I plan to purchase more from the manufacturer. Highly recommended!
