Joyzze clippers are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase. If the Joyzze clipper is determined to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Joyzze will repair or replace the product. Clippers must be sent to Joyzze for manufacturer evaluation to determine warranty eligibility. Products returned that do not meet the requirements are subject to a flat rate repair fee of $25 plus $15 Shipping (Domestic Only). International rates apply.   Worth the wait

  I’m in love with the Raptor clipper. After extensive research into a new clipper I had come across the Raptor clipper. I was in love with the design but wanted to do some research into Joyzee before I made such a big purchase. After I found out that Joyzee was powered by Kenchii I was sold. I’m so happy with my decision to purchase. It has a good battery life, is a good weight and the engine is quiet enough not to spook my skittish dog. Super happy with this product and I would buy it again.

  Love the clipper but it broke in two days of use and had to ship it back and they won’t send a new one for a whole month. Blade drive got shredded very easily.
