Second pair disappointing
My first pair of falcons I bought are amazing ! I bought a second pair because I didn’t want to be without them when I sent my original pair in for service. Unfortunately the pair I just received is defective. The hinge doesn’t latch properly to the blade and it isn’t cutting well. I am really disappointed because I need to send my other pair in for service, but this new pair won’t due for a replacement. So I am going to have to return them and be without either. Not happy. I would have given one star, but I know their potential because I absolutely love my first pair.

Best clippers I’ve ever used
We bought these clippers after some disappointment with local groomers. These clippers are amazing for grooming our Portuguese water dog!!!

Super light and comfy
I’ve been using this clipper for over a week now and I love it so much. It’s super lightweight compared to other clippers I’ve used. I like how it feels in my hands, I can flip it and maneuver it easily during grooms. It was affordable and shipped quickly and in perfect condition. I received adequate notifications regarding its location and time it would be delivered. The one and only thing that made this a 4* vs a 5* review is that switching blades isn’t always as fast as I was hoping. I have to sometimes manually adjust the cutting position of my blade to meet/connect with the black piece on the clipper, or manually adjust the small black piece that catches the blade to fit the cutting piece of the blade. It can take 20ish seconds sometimes to get it right so it snaps on. Not every time, but I’ve found switching from a 30 to a 4 or 5 or 10 blade takes a lot of focus and slight manual adjustments before it snaps on. Could need to be “worn in”, but I’ve only tried Joyzze standards, Andis ultra edge standards, wide Buttercut, and wide Zolitta blades - they all fit eventually but sometimes not right away. That’s my only hang up, but overall I love the clipper and appreciate the value, as well as it’s maneuverability. I also love the teal color and it’s very easy to remove the blades. Charges just fine too.
